Sarah was born in Kerrville, TX and spent most of her life in San Antonio, TX. She attended the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, graduating with honors and a Business (with Marketing specialty) degree. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2004, spending time on 2 teams and working a variety of roles before getting her license and deciding to commit herself to a long-term real estate career. Shortly after, she teamed up with Beth Aitken, and Local Realty was born. 
Local Realty's name highlights the fact that real estate is LOCAL, what happens in other parts of the country doesn't always happen here, and likewise, one part of San Antonio's real estate market can differ greatly from another. 
When she's not immersed in Real Estate, Sarah can be found with her husband and son having adventures, playing with her nieces and nephew, playing piano, dying in a spin class, or researching what shoes are the most comfortable.

Beth Aitken is a full-time REALTOR(R mark) and Real Estate Sales Agent at Local Realty in San Antonio Texas. She obtained her undergraduate degree, a BA in Communications, from the University of Houston and continued her education obtaining a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, also in Houston. Beth is a native Texan and has been a resident of San Antonio for 21+ years.
Beth is committed to helping meet her clients needs with passionate, professional service and serious attention to the details. She knows the home buying (& selling) process can be stressful and works hard to make the process go as smoothly as possible for each of her clients.
In her free time Beth teaches group exercise classes (or volunteers at the San Antonio Foodbank). She is the mother of three grown children (and one gorgeous granchild) that she "couldn't imagine having raised anywhere besides our beloved-San Antonio!"
